LDComfort® garments are designed for maximum comfort for the long distance rider. We make every attempt to provide instructions for a proper fit. Use of a tape measure is recommended to determine proper size. (Do not go by the size label of some favorite pair of pants.) Our garments are made to match the tape measure. In the event there is a need to return one of our garments our return policy should help with this process.

The Return Policy of LDComfort® Reads as Follows:
- Make sure it is what you want. Please call us if you have any questions not addressed on our site.
- Measure your waist or chest with a tape measure (that measures in inches) and select a size from our sizing chart.
- First time customer? Try ordering just one pair to start with.
- Don't order for your wife unless she has read and followed this list along with you.
- It's for a gift, but your are unsure what size to buy? We do offer gift certificates on our website.
LDComfort Return Policy covers all garments as they are all Undergarments. This includes the new DryMax Socks.
LDComfort® will accept returns for orders purchased at full price. A full refund will be given if the product is returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging. All returns will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. If any item received is not up to manufacturer's specifications, please return it to us for inspection.
A 25% fee will be retained for any product that is returned opened, worn, washed or without the original packaging. (For example, if you return an open pair of shorts, retail price $44.98, your refund will be $33.73.) All our garments are considered to be underwear. For sanitary reasons we do not restock garments after they have been "tried on".
Any item may also be exchanged with a fee of 25% of the cost of goods. (For example, if you exchange a pair of shorts, retail price $44.98, you will be charged $11.25 for the exchange.) Please see our sizing page before ordering. We want you to receive the correct size the first time. All fees will be applied to the card used to pay for the original order.
All returns must arrive in our warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date. (Overseas returns may be received late due to shipping times provided we are properly notified within the 30 day period.)
Shipping costs are non-refundable and any return postage is payable by you. Shipping will not be charged on exchanges.
We will replace any items returned due to manufacturing defects free of charge and cover up to $7.00 in return shipping fees.
Returns must include your order number, name and address on the outside of the package.
No return authorization is required, however, your return may not be accepted without a properly filled out returns form. (PDF format- click link to download.)

Purchased through a Dealer?
Any items purchased through a dealer must be returned to the same dealer for a refund.
